About
A weekly evening crochet class for first-timers that starts with how to hold the hook and yarn, the first loop and the foundation stitches, then moves through small projects like a scarf, a granny square and a mug cozy while learning to read patterns. Classes meet at Art Lab inside the Snug Harbor Cultural Center, 1000 Richmond Terrace, a short S40 bus ride from the St. George ferry terminal. Mondays 5 to 8 PM, Fall 26 term from September 28 with no class on October 12; $301.00 including the $20 registration fee. Our Staten Island listings currently carry no other fiber or yarn classes, so this is the borough's only crochet option on the calendar.
