Design a piece, trace it onto stretched fabric, fill it in with a tufting gun, then back and shave it into a finished textile wall hanging over three to four hours. Craftsman Ave is at 68 34th St, Building 6 in Industry City, Sunset Park, served by the D, N and R at 36th St. Sessions are booked by date on the studio calendar; the price starts at $195 per person. It is one of 18 approved upcoming fiber and textile classes on our calendar, and the only one in South Brooklyn.
