A full eight-hour day (with a meal break) forging and finishing a kitchen knife of your choice, from a French chef's blade or Santoku to a mini cleaver or Bowie, with handle sizing to fit your grip. Held at Craftsman Ave, 68 34th St, Building 6 in Industry City, near the D, N and R trains at 36th St. Dates are chosen on the booking calendar; pricing starts at $405 per person.
