Build and char a small oak barrel, then taste sake and shochu with neighboring brewery Brooklyn Kura and leave with your barrel filled with a bottle picked for aging; attendees must be 21 or older. The four-hour session takes place at Craftsman Ave, 68 34th St, Building 6 in Industry City, near the D, N and R at 36th St. Dates are selected on the booking calendar; pricing starts at $415 per person.
