An intermediate wax course on carving settings for cabochon and faceted stones, then casting, finishing and setting the pieces. Familiarity with wax working and casting clean-up is required. Thursdays 22 October to 17 December, 6:30–9:30pm, at Brooklyn Metal Works, 640 Dean St in Prospect Heights, a short walk from Bergen St (2, 3); $620 now the early-bird rate has closed.
