Screen printing shrunk to kitchen-table size, using an embroidery hoop and a recycled silk screen in place of a full print studio. Bring a simple one-color design about 2 to 3.25 inches square and a few things to print on; the hoop, screen and printing supplies are provided. At the Brainery, 190 Underhill Ave in Prospect Heights (Grand Army Plaza, 2/3); $68, Thursday 22 October, 6:30–9:30pm. It is by far the cheapest screen-printing class on our calendar; the next one up costs $200.
