Sneakky Klean founder Devonn Vidal shows how sneakers are put together and how to clean them, with live demonstrations, and then participants customise their own pairs with decals and charms. At the Museum of Arts and Design, 2 Columbus Circle (A/B/C/D/1 to 59 St–Columbus Circle). Wednesday 21 October, 6–8 pm; free with museum admission. It is the free counterpart to the $65 sneaker sculpture workshop MAD runs on 14 October.
