Assemble and paint a pixel-style wooden sneaker that works as a vase or a display piece, taught by the multidisciplinary artist Honorroller (Christopher Chan). At the Museum of Arts and Design, 2 Columbus Circle (A/B/C/D/1 to 59 St–Columbus Circle). Wednesday 14 October, 6–8 pm; $65 general, $55 members. It is the only sneaker-making workshop on our calendar, and MAD follows it a week later with a free sneaker-customising evening.
