Evening shifts at the Newtown Native Greenhouse in Greenpoint, potting up and weeding the native plants that get planted out on the Kingsland Wildflowers green roof and along the creek. An on-site horticulturist runs the session; a liability waiver is required, and minors are welcome with the right form. Free.
