Project Waste Trash Survey at Muskrat Cove

About

Help the Alliance's ecology staff empty the floating trash boom at Muskrat Cove, then count and sort what it caught so the river's pollution sources can be tracked. Meet at the jogging-path entrance left of the station car park, by 233 St on the 2 and Woodlawn on Metro-North. Free, Friday 16 October, 10am–noon. Unlike the other cleanups on our calendar, this one is a survey — the litter is recorded by type, not just bagged.
